Challenge: Give Up One Bad Habit For 40 Days.

The Catholic lenten season, got us thinking, why not give up one bad habit for 40 days. It could be not stopping for Starbucks every morning, skipping your 2a.m. pizza run, or even doing something like working out 3 days a week, or cooking dinner instead of ordering takeout. Whatever it is, if you can quit it for 40 days you may be able to quit it forever helping you lead a longer, healthier life.
