- In addition, you lose muscle and water weight, not fat, and you will gain the weight back when you eat again.
- You will most likely overeat since you are so hungry after drinking juice for 5 days.
The bottom line is that Celebs work hard to look good. They sacrifice the burgers to fit in those size 2 dresses! However, just because your favorite actress is going on an extreme diet does not mean you should as well. There are healthy ways to lose weight and risky ways to lose weight. In my opinion, it is better to be safe than sorry.
