Chocolate Soufflé
Ingredients

4 eggs separated

¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

1/8th cup Xylitol
-
1/8th cup cocoa
-
Walden Farms Sugar free chocolate sauce
Directions

Separate eggs. Put egg whites in a large mixing bowl and egg yolks in a medium size bowl.

Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until you have peaks.

Slowly add the cocoa / Xylitol mix.

Beat egg yolks.

Scoop out about a cup of egg white/cocoa mixture and gently mix into yolks.

Very gently fold egg yolk mixture into egg white bowl.

Spray bowl with non stick cooking spray and wrap in foil so you have 4 additional inches in height, spray foil as well. (Soufflé will rise above soufflé dish.)

Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes until firm.

Serve warm with sugar free chocolate syrup and whipped cream.
TIP- Be gentle with your soufflé and serve immediately so it doesn’t collapse in height.
