Zumba has been around for a while, but it continues to sweep the nation. You can find classes in more and more gyms near you. That's because it's a total body workout, fun, and different that your typical gym routine. You don't have to go to the gym to get your Zumba on either. There are home DVDs you can purchase, it's "On Demand" on cable, and you can even play it on your video game console. This way if you're embarassed to shake your booty in front of strangers, you can do it alone at home. Or even get the whole family involved and do it together.
